Each room in every apartment has a balcony or gallery, and spacious living/dining rooms. Ceiling fans in every room. We have 1 apartment with air-conditioner unit (A/C), but was put there by a former tenant.

Each apartment consists of a small office, a nice seating area with furniture to relax and catch a breeze. Additionally, there are green and lush gardens with avocado, fruit and other tropical trees all over the property. Owner has a few historical cannons and artifacts all over the premises.

Shared water reservoir, private water tower, independent water pump, shared storage, and servant quarter. No solar panels, but a commercial size power generator available to charge batteries and inverters (included). Washer & dryer hookups available in each unit. If tenant(s) wants to install solar panels and A/C units, that can be arranged by the tenant(s), and at the expense of the tenant(s).
